Michelle was the specialist that helped me at the Shelby store. I can't say enough good things about her. She was extremely knowledgeable & helped me make the best selection for my needs. I would recommend her to all my friends. Not all associates are as considerate as she was. I detest pushy salespeople and she was not one. She seemed to have the patience of a saint and definitely kept my needs as the priority. If it wasn't for her, I would still be looking for a new bed.

Nick was very helpful in the store but I bought this mattress in February and it’s still not here. I called a few times in March and was assured it was in an upcoming shipment. Now Nick’s/the store’s number doesn’t seem to ring to a phone (it let me leave a message last weekend but gave me nothing but an automated subscriber unavailable message the week before) and I’m planning to come back to the store in person soon to get my money back… though for some reason the store I bought it from is no longer on this website. Very concerned I went to the wrong place to get this mattress and will update with the results when they’re clear to me.

Jewels is great. She is very knowledgeable, very professional, very nice. She helped us so much so that we will do business again with her in the future if we need mattress. We of course like to recommend her to our friends.
